LCR Honda rider Cal Crutchlow was quickest in MotoGP's post-race test day at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Crutchlow went from sixth to first with three minutes remaining in the session, deposing Jorge Lorenzo with a lap of 1m43.963s. The previous benchmark - Lorenzo's 1m44.202s - had stood for many hours before that, while during the morning the top spot had been occupied by his future Yamaha replacement Maverick Vinales and his 1m44.310s lap.
