Ducati confirms post-Qatar Stoner test
– Ducati has confirmed that former MotoGP champion Casey Stoner will return to testing duties following the opening round of the season in Qatar.Stoner, 30, raced for the team between 2007 and 2010, collecting the world title in his first year with the squad, before switching to Honda for the final two seasons in the sport.Stoner has returned to Ducati this year in a development role and participated in the opening pre-season test in Malaysia, where he was competitive throughout and placed fifth overall.Stoner will sample the outfit's 2016 Desmosedici on Monday and Tuesday after the Qatar Grand Prix, which takes place in two weeks' time.
