Suzuki’s MotoGP testing pacesetter Maverick Vinales believes his strong pre-season form can be reflected in his race performances this year. Vinales was fastest in pre-season testing for the second time this year when he topped day two in Qatar on Thursday. “The motivation comes when you go fast,” said Vinales. “Lap by lap, the bike is getting better, and for the moment we have a good setup. “Anyway, if we put everything together like I did for the 1m55.4s I think we can do a really good pace in the race too.” Improving all the time Vinales said that the confidence he was gaining as a frontrunner each day was pushing his team on find more improvements as the season approaches....
