Ducati presents 2016 MotoGP bike
– Ducati has officially presented its new Desmosedici GP16 for the 2016 MotoGP season.Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali, Ducati Corse General Manager Gigi Dall'Igna and riders Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea Iannone all attended the launch at the Ducati Auditorium in Borgo Panigale.Ducati's new bike, which took to the track during the first two pre-season tests at Sepang and Phillip Island, has been described by the outfit as an "evolution version" of its predecessor, the GP15.It retains a 90° V4 engine unit, with the cylinders controlled by desmodromic valve system, while the frame has been updated with a view to optimising performance from Michelin's new tyres.Ducati finished...
