Lorenzo Quick lap times were easy to achieve
THE 2015 MotoGP World Champion Jorge Lorenzo has set an astonishing pace on the opening day of the Sepang test despite being unwell. The Spaniard has dominated day one of the Sepang test in Malaysia on-board his new YZR-M1 although his physical condition is not perfect. Easing slowly into his rhythm, Lorenzo moved up to fifth place at the end of the first hour before ekeing out a lead to take to the top of the standings where he remained until the end of the session. With pace not being an issue, the Spaniard decided to test various setting on his bike to end the day 1.033s ahead of the rest of the field with his fastest lap of the day being 2:00.684.
