Aprilia confirms Bradl for 2016 season
– Aprilia has confirmed Stefan Bradl alongside Álvaro Bautista for the 2016 MotoGP season, with Moto2 racer Sam Lowes set to make the step up the following year.Bradl joined Aprilia mid-season after leaving the troubled Forward Racing squad, taking over the RS-GP machine Marco Melandri from the Indianapolis round.Lowes will act as test rider for Aprilia alongside another season in Moto2, switching from Speed Up Racing to Gresini, before a planned MotoGP graduation in 2017."Signing for 2016 gives me a lot of confidence for the upcoming races and it is great motivation to prepare for next season as best as possible," Bradl said of his new deal."I know Aprilia has high...
