The future of the Forward Racing MotoGP team has been thrown into doubt after its team boss Giovanni Cuzari was arrested on corruption and fraud charges. Cuzari was apprehended by the Swiss authorities in Lugano earlier this week, charged with corruption of a public official to secure preferential tax rates for his company Media Action, as well as money laundering through fictitious sponsorship.
