MotoGP rookie Maverick Vinales hailed his performance in the Dutch TT as 'one of my best so far' even though the Suzuki rider's 10th place result was lower than his top finish of sixth at Catalunya. Vinales pointed out that a number of his rivals failed to finish the race in Barcelona and highlighted Assen as a truer reflection of his standing. “Despite the result on the timesheets I think this was probably one of my best races so far.
