Pumped Lorenzo to banish bad Assen memories
Jorge Lorenzo arrives in the Netherlands high on confidence after four wins on the bounce and hopes to use it to beat his demons at the Assen TT circuit this weekend. The last time the Spanish rider left Assen thrilled by his race weekend was in 2010 when he claimed victory on his way to his maiden MotoGP premier class world title. Since then the factory Yamaha rider has suffered multiple crashes caused by rivals or the weather and has notched up just one top five finish in the past four years.
