Rookie Vinales hails best result yet at Mugello

MotoGP rookie Maverick Vinales celebrated his best ever premier class result after finishing seventh for Suzuki in the Italian MotoGP at Mugello. The 20-year-old Spaniard, who qualified in ninth place on the GSX-RR, gained a few places after Carl Crutchlow and Marc Marquez crashed out of the race, while Andrea Dovizioso was a retirement on the Ducati.
