Márquez moves ahead in second practice
– World Champion Marc Márquez set the pace for Honda during the second practice session for this weekend's Grand Prix of the Americas at Austin.The heavy rain which affected first practice cleared but riders remained tentative early on as the circuit remained slippery in places, with several competitors opting to remain in the pits.But it dried sufficiently towards the end of the session and after a late flurry of laps – during which several riders enjoyed short spells up front – Márquez moved clear with a time of 2:04.835.LCR's Cal Crutchlow was second quickest – three tenths down on Márquez – while Ducati rider Andrea Iannone placed third.Aleix Espargaró finished the...
